Year-round Rates:
- Lodging (including small continental breakfast) - $125.00 per night
- Weekly Rate - $825.00

Guest Information:
- Overnight rates are for single or double occupancy.
- $10.00 each additional person.
- 2 night minimum.
- $75.00 cleaning fee.
- No smoking or pets.
- An advance payment by check in the amount of two nights' stay + $75 cleaning fee is required to guarantee your reservation.
- If you must cancel, a seven-day notice is necessary for a full refund. If less notice is given, a full refund will be made only if we are able to re-book the cottage.
- Check-in time is between 3 and 7 p.m., unless special arrangements have been made.
- Check out time is 11 a.m.
